And so it begins. South Carolina's basketball season has its opening act on Thursday, hosting an exhibition game against Kentucky Wesleyan. The concert doesn't start until eight days after but Thursday is when the Gamecocks can begin playing somebody besides themselves in inter-squad scrimmages.
